McArthurGlen celebrates start of construction on the first and only luxury designer outlet west of Paris

Following site preparation works which began in February 2019, McArthurGlen, Europe’s leading designer outlet group, celebrated the start of construction on its new luxury centre near Paris in Normandy with a laying of the first stone ceremony on Saturday 6th July.
