Gutteridge
Closed - Open from 10:00 - 20:00
The brand Gutteridge, well known in Naples as one of the oldest fabric and garment shops in the city, has always been an icon of sartorial quality and timeless elegance for men. The brand, founded in 1878 by the Scottish Michael Gutteridge, was initially importing and selling refined fabrics, to become later what we would today call a “multi-brand” that also introduced a very successful postal market in the entire European region.
Acquired by Capri srl in 1997, following the purchase of the historical spaces of Palazzo Stigliano, in Via Toledo, Napoli, Gutteridge has been re-launched with a very strong commercial format, which is contributing towards the positioning of the brand on the Italian marketplace.
The expansion that began with the outlets, is now pursuing the city centers of the main towns in Italy and of the world, with the goal of creating awareness towards the brand and establishing it among its competitors.
